TikGrab respects the intellectual property rights of content creators. Users of our service are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to download any content. Downloading copyrighted material without authorization may violate copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content accessible through our service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with us containing your contact information, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

TikGrab maintains a policy to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Safe Harbor

TikGrab claims the protections of the Safe Harbor provisions under 17 U.S.C. § 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We are an online service provider under the DMCA and are not liable for the actions of our users.
